I got winter service on my 2020 Nissan Pathfinder Oil Change was done inspection of everything was carried out my snow tires, which were on rims, and they were with the Nissan Dealer at Sherwood Park,AB and were swiped by taking my summer tires for storage . Due to sudden snow abd black ice my truck was skidded and hit the big curb on the newly made round about on 233 RR Sherwood Drive in Sherwood Park by this skid couple parts were broken abd needed to be replaced which I agreed abd they provided the parts got 10% off saved my money and my Pathfinder was serviced perfectly I give 10/10 to the service staff mainly Nick and his team took extra time and care to adjust my job as it’s a busy times due to winter everyone like to swipe their snow tires so they helped me such a cooperative staff I am thankful and 10/10 I give them Secondly Service staff in office especially Shannon very active with good understanding the need of the customers getting the job done providing Uber ride back and forth attending smilingly 10/10 I give her. 1/5 - Very disappointing post-sale experience I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and drove it home less than a day before serious issues appeared. Within the first 60–90 km after pickup, the vehicle showed clear drivability problems: it would not rev past approximately 4,000 RPM and the transmission did not shift properly. The following morning, the vehicle would not start at all. I immediately contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle back. To their credit, the service department did inspect the car and carried out repairs. The dealership confirmed that the vehicle required: -a new battery -starter repair/replacement -and that there were drivability concerns immediately after delivery. Because the vehicle became undriveable right away, I was left without transportation and had to rely on Uber to get to school while the situation was being addressed. Despite these issues occurring within the first day of ownership, management refused any form of goodwill adjustment. There was: -no price adjustment or partial refund -no complimentary short-term warranty -no acknowledgement of the inconvenience and downtime I was told that once the vehicle left the lot, all responsibility was mine, regardless of how soon the problems appeared. Communication from management was dismissive and unprofessional. The only alternative offered was to return the vehicle entirely in exchange for my down payment, after several days without transportation and additional stress. While the repairs themselves were completed, the way this situation was handled completely undermined my trust in the dealership. I would strongly advise future buyers to be extremely cautious and ensure all concerns are addressed before taking delivery. I do want to note that Hardeep was professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, he is a salesperson and does not have decision-making authority. The final outcome was entirely driven by management.

I had some experience with their autogroup (Drive Edmonton) and bought a vehicle from another dealership , but with this one it was unsatisfied . I’ve never seen managers this unprofessional and rude to the customer before.

I'd drop a zero but it won't let me. These salesman are the worst. Tried to sneak In 9000 worth of extra fees on a new vehicle remotely. Wouldn't show me a breakdown of the price until I signed the contract. No way. Go anywhere else.
