“ 1/5 - Very disappointing post-sale experience I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and drove it home less than a day before serious issues appeared. Within the first 60–90 km after pickup, the vehicle showed clear drivability problems: it would not rev past approximately 4,000 RPM and the transmission did not shift properly. The following morning, the vehicle would not start at all. I immediately contacted the dealership and brought the vehicle back. To their credit, the service department did inspect the car and carried out repairs. The dealership confirmed that the vehicle required: -a new battery -starter repair/replacement -and that there were drivability concerns immediately after delivery. Because the vehicle became undriveable right away, I was left without transportation and had to rely on Uber to get to school while the situation was being addressed. Despite these issues occurring within the first day of ownership, management refused any form of goodwill adjustment. There was: -no price adjustment or partial refund -no complimentary short-term warranty -no acknowledgement of the inconvenience and downtime I was told that once the vehicle left the lot, all responsibility was mine, regardless of how soon the problems appeared. Communication from management was dismissive and unprofessional. The only alternative offered was to return the vehicle entirely in exchange for my down payment, after several days without transportation and additional stress. While the repairs themselves were completed, the way this situation was handled completely undermined my trust in the dealership. I would strongly advise future buyers to be extremely cautious and ensure all concerns are addressed before taking delivery. I do want to note that Hardeep was professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, he is a salesperson and does not have decision-making authority. The final outcome was entirely driven by management. ”
