I called Nissan regarding my problem . They said no appointments until next weekend . I then spoke to a guy name Matt and I told him my problem and situations .. and question if I’m safe to drive 45 min from Sherwood park to west end where I lived. . He got me in right away to do a diagnostic scan . Good news they found nothing. But he said if it happens again bring my car in right away. They care !! ”

“ We had a pretty positive experience, up until the end of our discussion. Our salesperson got us a price we wanted on a nice used car and was very knowledgeable and helpful. However I had to knock off one star because, though we were excited about the price they gave us, we said we needed to sleep on it for one night and even asked what time they open in the morning so we could be the first people back in. When we insisted we didn’t want to sign a deal right at that minute their demeanour changed immediately and we felt rushed out (which may be in part due to them closing around that time -to be fair). We were planning on returning the next day after researching insurance prices to purchase the vehicle - which we mentioned, but the end of the interaction had bad vibes and left a sour feeling in us so after leaving we decided to look at other dealerships instead. All in all we found the experience very positive up until the end of our interaction. I would recommend this dealership if you’re ready to buy a car right away. ”
“ Bought a Nissan Rogue in 2022 with $8,000 in extended coverage, a complete waste of money. When I used it for a windshield replacement, I was still charged $65 out of pocket and got a cheap aftermarket part that chips easily. My leather seat cracked from what is clearly a material defect, not covered. Front suspension noise in cold weather? $185 inspection fee before they'll even tell you if it's covered. To top it off, I was verbally quoted $6,500 for my trade-in but only received $6,000 on paper. I found out they’re only giving me 6k once all the paperwork is done. That was a huge red flag, but I had already invested so much time that I accepted it anyway, which was a mistake. ”

We had a written agreement over chat for $3,500, but after wasting our time and finishing the process, Robert went back on his word, refused the price, and became incredibly rude, yelling that he didn't want to sell to us. His hostile behavior was so stressful it literally triggered a severe anxiety attack for my wife. Completely unprofessional bait-and-switch tactics and zero respect for customers. Management needs to address Robert's toxic behavior immediately. ”
“ I strongly advise buyers to be very cautious with this dealership. During my purchase of a Nissan Pathfinder, I experienced multiple issues that felt misleading and not transparent. Firstly, I was charged an additional $1000 for an “Alberta package” on a pre-owned vehicle. I also have photos from the dealership’s own listing/website showing the vehicle with the block heater knob already installed, which raises serious concerns about why this charge was added separately. I have retained all screenshots and photos (unable to upload them here) of the posted vehicle at the time of listing. Based on this, I am seriously considering escalating this matter to the relevant authorities for review. Secondly, I was promised free all-season tires as part of the deal. After waiting nearly two weeks, I received tires that appear to be low-cost (around $465 set), which is far below what was implied during the discussion. In the market, comparable tire sets are typically valued much higher. Throughout the process, there were repeated attempts to add extra packages and charges that were not clearly explained upfront. I also want to specifically mention Hamza and Hardeep (Deepak), who were involved in the sales process. Promises made during discussions were not honored, and communication regarding commitments was inconsistent. Overall, this experience felt misleading, and I would strongly recommend that future buyers carefully review all documentation, confirm every charge in writing, and do not rely solely on verbal promises. On top of that, once the sale was completed, they do not answer calls or respond properly to follow-ups, which makes post-sale support very frustrating. Avoid buying from here. ”
